In this step we define the requirements, we work alongside you to ensure the real needs of all stakeholders are considered and clear outcomes and success measures are identified.
Project proposal
We document a project proposal which includes a detailed understanding of the requirements and the associated costs.
In this step we propose a solution based on the requirements, this is our intermediate phase.
Project implementation plan
We produce a detailed project implementation plan which outlines the milestones and delivery timelines.
During the implementation we communicate with you to make sure that we are meeting your expectations and are tracking to schedule.
In this step we try to create unique development experiences which deepen self-awareness and build knowledge, skills and confidence.
System delivery and maintenance
After the system is deployed and ready to use, we provide you maintenance and support as agreed in the support agreement.
Post Delivery
Post delivery, we measure the outcomes of our work against your success measures to identify the impact of the project, and the learning’s are fed back into your organisation.
We work with our clients to determine the most appropriate methods to evaluate the project, given their business goals, existing evaluation mechanisms and the investment they wish to make.
