We then schedule a series of meetings to identify and scope your business requirements.

Project proposal

 We document a project proposal which includes a detailed understanding of the requirements and the associated costs.

Project implementation plan

 We produce a detailed project implementation plan which outlines the milestones and delivery timelines.

 During the implementation we communicate with you to make sure that we are meeting your expectations and are tracking to schedule.

System delivery and maintenance 

After the system is deployed and ready to use, we provide you maintenance and support as agreed in the support agreement.
